complaints.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK Assembly members decided to approve one of them, partially approve two, reject four<br \/>\nand declare three inadmissible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The complaints concerned allegations of violations of certain chapters of the Kosovo Press Code,<br \/>\nnamely Chapter II &#8211; Reporting the Truth, Chapter IV &#8211; Right to Reply and Chapter VII &#8211; Privacy<br \/>\nand Protection of Sources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Press Council of Kosovo has approved the complaint of Uk\u00eb Zenuni against<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ulpianapress<\/span>.net for the videos titled \u201cDob\u00ebrqani Water Cures 12 Diseases\u201d, respectively \u201cA<br \/>\nBlind Girl Has Regained Her Sight After Standing in This Water\u201d, finding that Chapter II of the<br \/>\nKosovo Press Code (which deals with reporting the truth), has been violated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Kosovo Press Council has partially approved the complaint of Medi Premium, represented<br \/>\nby Albert Halilaj against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Veriu.info<\/span> for the article entitled \u201c\u2018Evening bazaar\u2019 with unauthorized<br \/>\nconstructions of the Bedri Hamza government in the days of the transition of power to Faton<br \/>\nPeci\u201d, finding that Chapter IV (which deals with the right to reply) was violated, but not chapters<br \/>\nII and IIa of the Kosovo Press Code, which deal with reporting the truth, namely fake news, as<br \/>\nclaimed by the complaining party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has partially approved the complaint of Marigona Kastrati, represented by lawyer<br \/>\nTaulant Ferizi, against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">KlanKosova.tv<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Demokracia.com<\/span> for the articles with the titles<br \/>\n\u201cTerrible: 6-year-old from Fush\u00eb Kosova accuses teacher of offensive language (Video)\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201cConflict in the schoolyard, teacher and mother of 6-year-old in Fush\u00eb Kosova are \u2018caught\u2019<br \/>\n(Video)\u201d, \u201c6-year-old from Fush\u00eb Kosova accuses teacher of offensive language\u201d, \u201cTeacher in<br \/>\nFush\u00eb Kosova boasts of connections in the police, parents claim that she bullied their son<br \/>\n(Video)\u201d, \u201cTeacher in Fush\u00eb Kosova asks for time to respond to accusations of bullying (Video)\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201c30 mothers gather in the schoolyard, threaten KIKS journalist (Video)\u201d, \u201c\u201cTeacher deals with<br \/>\nwomen\u2019s talk, students cannot read and write\u201d (Video)\u201d, finding that chapters II and IV of the<br \/>\nKosovo Press Code (which deal with reporting the truth namely the right to reply) have been<br \/>\nviolated, ,but not Chapter VII, which deals with privacy, as the complaining party claims.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has not approved (rejected) the complaint of Ganimete Musliu against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Rajoni.org<\/span> for<br \/>\nthe article titled \u201c\u2018Municipality of Skenderaj rewards with tender the business \u2018close\u2019 to<br \/>\nGanimete Musliu and PDK\u2019\u201d, finding that Chapter II of the Kosovo Press Code (which deals<br \/>\nwith reporting the truth), was not violated, as claimed by the complaining party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has not approved (rejected) the complaint of KEDS, represented by D\u00ebrguti Law Firm<br \/>\nagainst <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Buletiniekonomik.com<\/span> for the article titled \u201cTender scheme with two companies<br \/>\nsuspected of being close to KEDS bosses\u201d, finding that Chapters II and IIa of the Kosovo Press<br \/>\nCode (which deal with reporting the truth, respectively fake news), were not violated, as claimed<br \/>\nby the complaining party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has not approved (rejected) the complaint of Valon Krasniqi against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sinjali.com<\/span> for the<br \/>\narticle entitled \u201cExclusive | Fraud in public procurement in Gjilan \u2013 suspicions of forged<br \/>\ndocuments and expired ISO certificates (Name)\u201d, finding that Chapter II of the Kosovo Press<br \/>\nCode (which deals with reporting the truth), was not violated, as claimed by the complaining<br \/>\nparty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has not approved (rejected) the complaint of Telekom Kosovo against Klankosova.tv<br \/>\nfor the article entitled \u201cScandalous! \u2013 Telekom Kosovo employees blocked access to<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Klankosova.tv<\/span>\u201d, finding that Chapters II and IV of the Kosovo Press Code (which deal with<br \/>\nreporting the truth, namely the right to reply), were not violated, as claimed by the complaining<br \/>\nparty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has declared inadmissible the complaint of Ilir Ki\u00e7mari against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Gazetademos.com<\/span> for a<br \/>\nvideo published on the social network Facebook, finding that the video was not found on the<br \/>\nrelevant media profile on the social network and, consequently, was not processed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has declared inadmissible the complaint of Bastri Ademi against I<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ndeksonline.net<\/span> for<br \/>\nthe article titled \u201cTwo operators\u2019 complaint was rejected by the PRB, after they submitted a<br \/>\nforged document\u201d, finding that the article was not found in the relevant media and, consequently,<br \/>\nwas not processed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has declared inadmissible the complaint of Aurora Mulhaxha against <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sinjali.com<\/span> and<br \/>\nBallkani.info for four articles published during 2020, finding that it does not have the<br \/>\ncompetence to request the media to remove the articles, but recommending the party to address<br \/>\nthe Agency for Information and Privacy (AIP), respectively the competent court.<\/p>\n<p>The PCK has accepted the online media outlet <strong>Klankosova.tv<\/strong> as the 49th media outlet to be part<br \/>\nof this self-regulatory
