Its mission is based on the beliefs of the Kosovo Press Code.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The PCK was established with the help of the OSCE in Kosovo in September 2005, while the PCK office started regular activities in December 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Freedom of speech, the right of citizens to be fully and timely informed and full respect for the code of journalistic ethics are the foundations on which the PCK functions. The goal of PCK is to protect citizens from false content and to protect journalists from unfounded complaints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col\">\n<p>The Press Council of Kosovo currently has around 50 regular members, online media and news agencies.
